News section for the website

I am new to ZEN cart and want advise on below-

My website is a showcase website abd I am not going to see anything from this but it will haave the product information and review,

1. Is it feasible to create this kind of website using ZEN Cart?
   I personally think yes and I am working for the same, but if you have better suggestation than this, please let me know.

2. I want a dedicated news section for my website above the product information, How can I do it, do we have any add on for this or with the original ZEN cart 1.3.9f, it is possible?

3. So the news section can be added as a product also and later that can be sorted in such a way, (for example featured section) so that it will appear on the top. does it looks feasible?

   Admin > config > my store > Store Status > "1 or 2"

   As a side box but could be re-coded to be in center

I installed the news addon as suggested by you but the problem I am facing is that, I can not install the sql patch, where to find that? and when I click on news box manager, it took me to bad page, my host provider page.

and how will I add the news, I am not aware,

Please guide further on this, you know, I am a beginner :(

admin > tools > install sql patches

Copy - paste - excecute

It is a file in the downloaded module in a folder named _install_sql

I could find the install_sql and iinstalled that, I can see news box manager in tools which is not working.(It says to use java fade effect, what is that> I use classic template.)

I do not know how to add the news,

How to place it at the center of the page,

please help me to make it working.
