I've just had a customer email me saying that "your computer is not accepting my email address" are there some restrictions on email addresses they can use?
The address they've emailed me from is formatted *****@****..com

Never seen an email address like that before.
Like a reverse sub domain.
I'm guessing thats why it isn't working.
I looked at the admin email option preferences and there is nothing you can do to allow.
It's likely that this type of email structure won't work mostly unless it becomes a standard in the future. It's likely the mail server won't allow it rather than zen cart software.
I wouldn't suggest telling the customer they are likely to have lots of problems with that email.
They can setup a webmail account that FWD's to their weird email address?
Tell staff why this post should be reviewed.
