Tax charged twice

Don't know why and how tax is being charged twice on my invoices.

Sometimes it works fine but sometimes tax is displayed twice..

Look at your Zone Definitions and Tax Rates ...

It sounds like you have an extra Tax Rate without a Description on it ...
