Does anyone have a mistake to install the Insurance Module with this template?
When I upload the file of that module ,it could not work like other template like classic.

If you let me know the exacxt name or url to the module then I can take a look. It is highly unlikely that the module will not work because of the template. It is much more likely that you have made a mistake during the installation of the module.

Got another problem now after i got the tabbed module working, the slide's stopped working for some reason, now they are all displayed verticly on front page, any idea how to solve this?

It seems I have broken my site again :oops::oops:
I tried to add a sponsor to my website in the sidebox ,then when I tried to view my page it would only half load (ie the whole category box to links ) down the middle of the page and after a long while the page would load with all the pictures from the slider also in a long row al under 1 another .. it would eventually load after a minute....
tried removing all adds even removed the box to no avail
tried the backup but that didn't work either
have left it without the slider for now

I even tried a backup
have asked provider if he would do a full restore from yesterday ,will see if that fixes site

Have you checked the error log in your /cache folder? This will most likely tell you the error. Since all was working prior to your modification, I would think that whatever you did caused the problem. Were you just adding a banner, or did you put code into the sidebox?

I have also tried the option a few post ups about the new file .that just seemed to make it worse

Your site looks fine to me in firefox.

To fix the error with the slider, follow these instructions:

The favicon error is because you do not have a favicon.ico image in your public_html directory.

oddly enough I have just found out what favicon means and what it does .. just can't get it working lol

yeah I tried that ,it just seemed to make it worse .... but as you say it all seems to be working fine now .... am beginning to wonder if maybe It was my internet connection playing up as I have been refreshing often this evening and it's been fine
think I will leave it be for a while

There are some MUST's with using a favicon without doing extra work to get it to work with Zen-Cart:

A favicon MUST:

• Be either 16 x 16 or 32 x 32 pixels------EXACT!
• Be in the root of your shop!
• Be created in the icon format (.ico)
  Now, the icon format CAN be changed to use another format such a .png, but requires extra work. If you follow the 3 steps above, it WILL work, as Zen-Cart is already configured to look for and use it with those specifications.

Once you put it in the root of your shop, clear your browser cache and refresh the page. If you don't see your favicon being displayed, then close that page, clear your cache again, close your browser. Then open it back up and reload your page. You should see it.

yeah got it working in the end ...just seemed to take a while to appear ..in the end I found a good walk though.. I followed it step by step and just left it and about 10 or so minutes later it appeared even though I cleared cache new bookmark etc I also removed the // ..I might put them back and see

Also my hosting returned my site to normal with a backup from the other day ,so all is normal again :smile:

Hi,

I would like to modify the footer slightly not to include the "Important Links"

I turned off the EZ Pages through admin but there is some cosmetic issues that i can not solve.
How can i remove separator between customer service and important links? I want this remove since i do not use important link column
