I have been working on a faq for my shop, and tried to use the FAQ module from the download section, and i installed it and it looks like it works great, but then i made a notice of a small problem, and when i go into a category, the main page (slide images) are also listed at the top of the category page, i could not have this here, so i loaded the mysql backup, to remove any configuration changes that had to be made, but the problem is still there.

there are no pages that have been overwriten, so i can't figure out what the problem is, the modules was great and just what i was looking for, but i can't use it, if it F... up my site, if any one have a idea how to solve this, i would be very happy.

If you post a link to your site and a very concise description of the problem I will take a look. There is no reason why any stable, properly installed module should not work.

Hi,

I have problem with the layout of my website. I have no idea who there isn't sideboxes ( categories, manufactuer etc ) on the left side of my website.

my web is https://www.almondsquare.com . I would like to know how can i resize the slider so that it will fit nicely without 'pushing' the blue bar on the right of the template to exceed it's place that is suppose to be.

Thank you for your answer, but i did locate the problem, the FAQ module has a autoloader, that makes it appear on top of all categories, but since this template has some modifications to appliaction top, the sliders appear instead, so for me to get this module to work, i need to figure out how to disable the part in the module that tries to load the faq section into all categories and application top part.

and my php skils are not that good so, i might have to drop it completle.

There is absolutely no problem with the module working with the template. I have installed the module and it is working here:

No files needed to be merged, etc. If you are having problems with the module it is because you have not installed it correctly, or you have a conflict with some other third party module you have installed.

sorry to disepoint you, but if you go to lets say, your hardware category, please tell me what you see?? i bet your slider is not supposed to be on top of your product categories, thats the problem with this module, it works great, but it adopts the slider on to all product pages

Yes, it is grabbing the content from the main page and adding it to the top of the categories. But, it is doing this on all templates, even the zen cart classic template so it is not a problem with the all business template. Have you asked for help on the module support thread?

So there was a post for this module, did not show up when i search for it, that only confirms that it is the module that have some problems and no use to spend more time with it, thank you:)

I've an issue here. It's regarding free shipping. My shop rule is free shipping for above $200. Anything under $200 will be a $5 shipping fee. When i tried buying a $10 item using paypal, by right i'm supposed to pay $10 + $ 5 ( shipping fee ) but paypal only STATES $10. How am i suppose to get around with this? I can't be possible to absorb all shipping cost if my customers use paypal. My business will go ruin. Need urgent help.

This is not a template specific question. You can check my site for tutorials to set up free shipping above a certain amount. I can not post a direct link to the tutorial. You can check the faq's here and also ask the question in the appropriate forum.

Hi when I remove the right hand sieboxes I end up with a blue column down the right habd sie , where do I get rid of this.
