SaleMaker is not work! need help!

I set up SaleMaker 10% off for some items

but when I click add to cart, the price nothing changes

why? who can help me? thank you!

When you hit Reply, there are a series of questions that are asked ... it would help if you answered them ...

Most likely, your problem is related to missing master_categories_id values ... or the wrong master_categories_id ...

You can test this by going to some of the Products in the Category that you have marked on Sale with SaleMaker and see if you click on C for Copy and then Multiple Linked Categories Manager ... if you see a Yellow icon on any of the Categories ... this is the master_categories_id of the Product ...

Without a master_categories_id matching the Category that is marked on Sale with SaleMaker ... there will be no Sale ...

Linked Products have 1 Category that "owns" the Product, this is the Master Category and used for the master_categories_id ... that is used for the Sale Maker to determine if a Product is on Sale or not ...
