Is there an easy way to restore these to default? I just went into each one manually and corrected everything I could find but still have the problem.

Replace with fresh copies from a distribution
If in your overrides - delete them BUT only after saving a copy locally

I want to thank each one of you Kobra, Absolute, Econcepts for helping me to resolve my problem. The issue was that there was a copy of secure_ordering.php in the /includes/extradatafiles/
directory that was not supposed to be there. for some reason that was enough to cause this problem.

Thanks again to all of you and I hope I did not leave out anyone.
Hope to learn enough to help you guys one day. Please check out the site if you get the chance. It has been a struggle for me to get this far and it is nothing special but it works.
