Stock Levels based on attributes

I am trying to set up a product that is sold as a single original and as a copy.
Obviously there is only 1 original but many copies.
I need to present the product for sale in a way that allows for the original to have been sold but the copies are still available.
I have installed the stock-by-attributes plugin.
The site is on
http://artfrombooks.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=1
The default product is the original with the print copies as an option.
Please advise as I am having trouble with getting this to work correctly.

Hi Thanks for that, it seem sit a little more complicated then just one original and 10 prints.

It would be......
1 original painting (all different prices)
10 a4 prints
10 a3 prints
10 a4 prints in frame
10 a3 prints in frame

stock level on the orig painting will be 1 but the prints will vary on their stock levels.
