Adjust the Order Confirmation Page

Hello. My web page is https://www.sawavaughters.com/cart

I've been trying to find where I can adjust the layout of the "Billing" and "Delivery" address boxes. They are way out of line. As you can see, the "Delivery" text is to the right, but below the "Billing" text.
I'd like them to be even with each other.

Also, for some reason when I get to the checkout pages, my left sidebar (with currency and language options) disappears. How can I get it back?

This would be designed into your template
Try switching to the classic template and you should see the default action
