Which is best way to track attribute stock?

I would like to track the attribute stock used in each sales order,where i know the amounts that have been used,either a contribution,or if anyone can suggest a software that i could import the orders by CSV file

I found the contribution controlling quantities remaining,but I would rather know the quantities used in each sale

At the moment im exporting them with export shipping orders,but attributes are not separate items

Are you referencing the stock by attributes 3rd party module?

One could extend/add to the sales report to extract from the additional tables that it adds

Yes thats the one,basically the product that its needed for is called-Make your own sandwich-with numerous attributes,different breads,cheeses,dressings,etc
I need to be able to quantify how many multigrain breads,how many bagels etc in the sales orders
