Adding in a new question on Checkout form

We are keen to find out how our customers found our site (Advert, Flyer, word of mouth, Search Engine, previous contact etc).

Is it possible to add in a new question asking this question in the Account Set up Form or the page when they go to order with a drop down menu of the options ?

3rg party module for "how you heard anout us" in the free software addons area, link above left
