Wrong Url coming up

the url is coming up as mydomain.com/testsite/testsite

What do I have wrong in the config files?

What you have pasted looks OK with the exception of what I highlighted in red

Suspect would be the editor you are using as this is a php file there should be no spurious added anything and there may be others not visible

I'm not sure what I did, but the url comes up right now (http://www.mydomain.com/testsite) but its not pullling the global stylesheet? I did a 'view page source' and the base href is still coming up as http://www.mydomain.com/testsite/testsite and the stylesheet.css is being called but not displaying?

The testside admin is good.

Any thoughts?

fortunately, everything is fixed, just ran the install script on the testsite and then imported my backup db
