Adding text to homepage

Hi guys, my website is http://bit.ly/cO7O2F
I am trying to add text above the featured table.
Could someone please provide me with a couple of methods of doing this? It would be greatly appreciated! :D

Thanks mate. It worked. (I regret going with template monster, they're horrible.)
