URL for picture for external program?

Good day to the Zen Masters

I want to make a scroling picture with the help of a program I found on the following site:

myspacegens.com/handler.php?gen=scrollboxpics

Its actualy cool it even has a program for animated gifs and all kinds of things....

Anyway now I need to give the program the URL for the photos I want to use...
So do I add the site name? dogjumps/public_html/images/picname.gif? or how do I structure it?
