Categories list is expanded... but how do I show all products?

Hey everyone,

So I've looked endlessly via google and the search tool here to no avail! DOH!

Here is what I am currently doing for Categories:

1- I am getting an entire list of all categories expanded rendered at the bottom of the page in a hidden div every time. I've used a module (ch_category and categories dressing) to put it in UL format, and have it expand all the way out and show everything (essential for full drop down menus)
2- I am using JQUERY to populate a primary drop down/out menu to three levels, and side navs based on current location to display three levels and beyond of categories.

Here is what I want to do:

I want that current list to not only go all the way out to categories, but to each categories PRODUCTS!

This will give me all the information I could ever possibly need to build any menu or sub-nav I could possibly need.

Is this possible?
