Merchant voice number in clearing code

Hi, I've got a client who is trying to get his account set up with a credit card processor.

Here are the items the cart needs to supply in order for him to get the lower rate.

-Merchant voice number in clearing code

  • AVS requested
  • Utilize CAVV Verification Service (verified by Visa)
  • Authorization includes Electronic Commerce Indicator

They also apparently will charge him more if Zen cart places a cookie. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks!! :smile:
