Find in your stylesheet and adjust color as desired

#navCatTabs ul li a {
	color: #9a9a9a;
	}

If you mean the EZ page links, add color:#ffffff; to #navEZPagesTop and add #navEZPagesTop a {color:#ffffff;} to the stylesheet.
