Unable to configure any payment method

Hi all,

I just upgraded from 1.3.9f to 1.3.9g.After the upgrade I now can not configure any payment methods. I do not have the option on the right side to install anything.

I have tried uploading the includes/modules/payment file several times to no avail. I have downloaded the full fileset for 1.3.9g and extracted the payment folder and uploaded nothing.

I'm at a loss as to what to do. I use Cherry-Zen template, I thought maybe the template was the problem so I changed it to classic green and still not able to configure any payments.
Any help would be greatly apperciated.
Below is a screen shot of what I see when I go to modules/payment.

Re: Unable to configure any payment method

This sounds like you have either a backup copy of one of the files or a customized copy that is not customized for both the Catalog and Admin ...

Backup files or duplicate files that are "renamed" will cause this error as that is an auto loading directory and the code will conflict if duplicated, even if the filename is different ...

Re: Unable to configure any payment method

I'm sorry but I don't understand how to fix this issue. I have looked for renamed files, but did not find any.

Re: Unable to configure any payment method

Ok, I got it. I deleted the old includes/modules/payment folder and re-installed and now it is working.

Thanks for the help! :D

Re: Unable to configure any payment method

I just installed the newest version 1.3.9h (New install) for someone else and am having the same problem.

I have deleted the folder includes>modules>payment and re-uploaded it using FileZilla and I'm still unable to edit the payment modules.

I also deleted the folder includes>languages>english>modules>payment and re-uploaded that one too.. still the same.

Is there another payment module folder that I should also delete and re-upload? What am I missing???

I haven't added any mods or anything, still setting it all up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
