top search text box and search button not vertically aligned

Q1. I have noticed that even with the default Zen Cart template, the top search text box and search button do not appear to be vertically aligned perfectly. Even looking at the Template Sample .jpg images via the Admin Template section, you can see this. i.e. the search button appears to be aligned slightly higher than the search text box.

Any idea on how to fix this ?

Thanks,
