define pages editor html issue

i have zen cart 1.3.9g and when i try to edit the pages through the define pages editor it displays the html tags, i tried simply using the wysiwyg editor to possibly avoid the issue, and even still it shows up with the html tags. i also tried saving with the wysiwyg html editor, and i still got the same results.

It's because your tags are using ASCII coding.

<center> instead of <center>

thank you so much, now it works for my website. I guess my only remaining question since i am new to programming is what exactly did the program do to enable the html scripts?

There are security cleaning of the input in the Admin that needed somethings left without the cleaning done and this added file does that for you ...
