favicon problem with IE

I cant get the favicon to work on IE but works fine with firefox. I'm using the new v1.3.9g. The site is https://www.zimelefire.co.za

FWIW I just tried it in Google Chrome and IE and it worked for me.

I dont know? mayby somthing wrong with my IE, But all other sites favicons work??????????
