Gift Certificate and Coupons not installed

I have just upgraded from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9g

In admin, Gift Certificate/Coupons tell me it is not installed.

Can anybody tell me what files are missing and/or how I install this feature?

When upgrading from v1.3.8 to v1.3.9 you want to go to the Payment, Shipping and Order Totals modules and follow:

1 Save current settings to NotePad, as the next step will permanently delete them ...

2 click REMOVE to uninstall

3 click INSTALL to re-install the module

4 re-configure the module and watch for new settings that might exist from your settings saved in NotePad
