My admin area is missing all of the dropdowns!

I installed Zen Cart last night and finally got things working. Now when I try logging in all I get is the stats, no drop downs. What's happening? Am I missing something simple?

Are you sure your logging into your Zen Cart admin?

Sounds like your logging into your Web Host control panel.

Do you have JavaScript disabled in your browser? The admin drop-down menus won't work without it.
