Webring code at bottom on home page
Re https://www.irishshopper.com. Three queries.
- Exactly where can I add in the code below for a webring so it appears at the VERY BOTTOM of the home page just below all the products and above the footer.
<noscript><center><table bgcolor=gray cellspacing=0 border=2 bordercolor=red>
<tr><td><table cellpadding=2 cellspacing=0 border=0><tr><td align=center> <font face=arial size=-1>This site is a member of WebRing. To browse visit <a href="http://ss.webring.com/navbar?f=l;y=onlineoffice;u=defurl"> here</a>.</font></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></center></noscript>-
How can I get the background colours in the window boxes on the right changed to white ?

How can I change the width of Cart from 100% to say 1004 px ? Have tried changing this in stylesheet.css but do not appear to have any affect.
THANK YOU.
