Add to your stylesheet
.header_t .row1 .col2 .col1 {position: relative; top: 75px;}

Thanks! That moved the shopping cart back to original position!! Now the logo.gif is still off... also, I just noticed in FireFox when looking at the product pages, i.e. http://firstunitedreserve.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=8_43, there seems to be an alignment problem there as well. Thanks in advance!! You guys are awesome!

.header_t .row1 .col1 a img {margin-top: -20px;}
The top number div is floated left inside its half-dozen silly wrapper divs, and hangs up the next table which holds the products.
This will get the table unstuck:
#productListing .tabTable {clear: left;}

That fixed the logo!! YEA!! Umm, sorry to be a dutz, but I'm not sure where to add in that last line of code. I've looked and can't seem to find where it should go. Thanks!

It worked when I tested it at the end of your stylesheet.css.
