New Cusomers & Order missing

Hi, I've just upgraded from 1.3.9.d to 1.3.9.g and now I'm no longer seeing any new customers or orders in admin. All the previous orders and customers are still there but any new orders and customers just arent showing up.

I've checked my Customer and Order tables in my database and the new information is being added there but just isnt showing in Admin Customers and Orders !

Does anyone have any ideas before I roll back?

Cancel the above, as if by magic and after backing up the database all data is now appearing in Admin. I presuming it must have been cached somewhere but it still took 2:30 to refresh. And no it wasnt my local PC. But if anyone does have any ideas please let me know
