text and amount not aligned

Is this Zen Cart formatting code that causes the USPS text on the left to be a little misaligned with the amounts on the right? It's as though the text is cell bottom-aligned and the amounts are mid- or top-aligned.
If it's Zen code, maybe the team could include an adjustement in the next release of Zen Cart or in release 2.0.
