Items in Categories sidebox do not change color when mouse over

Hi all,

I am running Zen Cart V1.3.9b and I have a problem and hope someone can help.

In my home page, I have a number of different sideboxes such as Categories, Information, More Information, etc.
Most of the sideboxes behave in the following manner: -

1. Text items have blue color.
2. When cursor is on top of a text item, the color changes to red.

However, for some reason, the items in the Categories sidebox behave differently as follows: -

1. Text items have green color.
2. When cursor is on top of a text item, the color does not change and remains green.

Is there a setting in the Admin console that can change the behavior of the Categories sidebox so that it is consistent with the rest of the sideboxes? If not, is there a way to make it consistent?

Any comments are welcome and appreciated.
