fedex freight -> different price after logging in
I know this is not a built in module but maybe there is a simple setting messing this up..

Using the shipping estimator under the shopping cart link pulls a fedex rate quote but not using my account info..
after the customer logs in and is going through checkout the fedex freight module is pulling the correct quotes from fedex (using my account info)
is there a setting somewhere that would cause a logged out customer to see different rates?
