Category description missing when products are added

My site has a few categories. You'll notice under the "print issues" category there is a nice little description.

As soon as I activate a product in this category the description disappears and the product shows. Is there any way to keep the description with the products underneath?

Did you find adding a second Product fixed this? :unsure:

There is a setting in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ...

Skip 1-prod Categories
Skip single-product categories
If this option is set to True, then if the customer clicks on a link to a category which only contains a single item, then Zen Cart will take them directly to that product-page, rather than present them with another link to click in order to see the product.
Default: True
