400 Bad Request when downloading

Hello!
I am hoping someone will be able to help me get around my latest set-up issue.

I managed to set up a file to download, but now when I hit the Download button is takes me to an error 400 Bad Request page. It seems it is looking for my file in pub/.gfnsqrfmfztfbukzx/ instead of /download.

Anyone have any ideas/solutions?
