how to create a slideshow in the position of banner3?

I want to create a slideshow in the position of banner3.

I built a website based on Zencart 1.3.8 several monthes ago, and I added a slideshow in banner3, but I use the same way to create it again in zencart 1.3.9, it does not work.

So I have two questions:

1. how to add a slideshow in position of banner3, a step by step tutorial or a link to an old thread will be appreciated,

2. there is an error with a yellow mark in the left corner in the status bar, the content is 'line:26,char:9, error: Access Reject,code:0', I'm not sure whether it is because of the security in 1.3.9, since i use the same setting and template with the old website built several months ago. I turn on the error reporting, but only tell me the error report is on and no further ninformation at all. So how can I find the error or just ignore the error, I mean remove the yellow mark in status bar.
