Customers are not showing anywhere in my admin

Customers are not showing anywhere in my admin page. They are showing in my database. They use to show, but now they have stopped. All my info has stopped on 10/25. I can order, the site works, etc, but my admin will not allow me to make any changes or show anything current. Can someone tell me what I might be missing?

Check the files, on the server, for:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

NOTE: the /admin will be your directory name for /admin ...

Are they both using the same database?

They are both calling the same databases and it is the correct path... So I am lost as to what the issue may be. Could it be the permissions? I appreciate the help

Driving me crazy.... I have been all over all of the site files and I am not getting anywhere. I have Apsonia installed as well and now it is not showing products or customers.... crazy. I have triple checked the strings for the databases and virtual links to the files. As I stated earlier, the site itself is working, but I cannot do any updating through any admin interfaces.

Definitely symptomatic of incorrect database settings in your /admin/includes/configure.php file.
Two things to remember:
a) making any changes to the file requires that you make the file writable, instead of read-only, before saving/uploading changes. Then make it read-only again afterward.
b) the database-settings include not only the database-name, username, password, and host, but also the DB_PREFIX. And ALL those settings must match what you've got set in your storefront settings, ie: /includes/configure.php

THANK YOU!! I found the issue... I was missing a _ after Zen. Not sure how that happened, but your post made me go over everything with a new perspective. My eyes were tired and missed it MANY times
