get rid of google checkout radio button

i was initially using google checkout only as my payment method and had gotten rid of the regular checkout button. well i just added authorize.net so i had to put it back. now when you are in the payment checkout process you have two radio buttons, once is the credit card info and the second is to use google checkout. well that radio button for google checkout doesnt work, it only sends you back to the cart page. i would like to delete that out of there so people dont choose that. anyone know what page that would be found on.

Admin->Modules->Payment->Google Checkout ... click "Remove"

that would fully get rid of it. i want to keep the google checkout button that is displayed below the checkout button. i just want to get rid of the radio option for google in the regular checkout method as it does not work properly.
