Can I disable Shipping so it is completely skipped in the checkout process?
My online shop is for customers (who have booked holidays with me) to book and pay for extras such as skilift passes. These passes are always delivered to the chalets the customers are staying in. Therefore I would like to bypass the whole shipping bit because it does not really apply to my customers.
If I use Free delivery options then it assumes the customers home address is the delivery address. I would be happy if it worked with the chalet address but this only requires a one line "chalet name". The customer would not know the full address anyway. So one option would be to cut down the delivery address to one compulsory line. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
However using the free delivery shipping module you still get the shipping option and a cost of £0.00 displayed so I would need to get rid of this as well to tidy things up.
I have considered using the virtual product option but some of our clients pay cash on delivery and the virtual option takes away the COD payment method.
So what I want is the zen cart to deal with a tangible product that is delivered free to a one line address and payment can be COD. Can anyone help with suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
