EZ-Pages Links not appearing after add new page

Version 1.3.9g

I'm trying to get this EZ-Pages working, but nothing gets displayed on the site.

For example I created an EZ Page titled EZ Test link, I selected Yes for header and gave it a sort order of 5. I added some test text on the internal EZ page and then saved it.

When I refresh the site, no link appears in the header. Is there something obvious here that I need to do to make this work ?

I thought they were supposed to be Easy to setup, hence the title EZ Pages. :/

Actually I deleted the old page with ID 1 and created a new page with ID 2 and now it seems to be working. Not sure why. Very odd.
