Forgot admin username and password

So I recently transfered my website to another hosting provider and I been having a few issues. One of the issues is that I can't access my admin with the old password or with the usual admin:admin login. I using the "forgot password" option but it didnt work. Is there any php file that has the username and password?

No. That would be insecure.
