Create Account Page Now Blank
Hello,
I am not sure whether it has something to do with the SSL cert being installed or something I did ( though I hadn't touched the file) but my when prompted to create account on this site:

The page is completely blank!
I hope someone can help me sort this out. I'm on a bit of a deadline, a lot of pressure ot have up and running today, so any help would be much appreciated
