pickup only for some products

Thanks! Yes some of them have the correct category of 17 but some are marked as #0.

Should I go into phpMyAdmin and change those ones to the correct number? Or is there a better way?

(and why/how would this have happened in the first place?)

Answering my own question...

I found this: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=104148

which says to go to:

Admin -> Tools -> Store Manager, and click on "Reset ALL Products Master Categories ID"

I will do that and hope it is all okay.

First answer if you use Linked Products ...

If you have Linked Products, then be aware that the RESET will pick the first categories_id by numeric value that it finds in the table:
products_to_categories

and this is not always correct ...

Too late! It's okay though, I read some posts on here about resetting first and no, there were no linked products so I went ahead and did it. Is that okay?

Yes ... if you do NOT use Linked Products then it is the perfect way to fix things ... :smile:

As long as the table:
products_to_categories

is correct then that RESET will fix the master_categories_id for you correctly ...

NOTE: If, after running the RESET, anything is set wrong, then you have bad data ...
