Can someone please help me.

I am fairly new to zencart. I know my way around I thought pretty good. My website crashed a few months ago and I had my server redo the site from his backups. When he did I lost all my newsletter templates not to mention data files etc. He said all were corrupted. So now I am redoing everything and I am trying to redo the newsletter as we speak but for the life of me I cannot get my logo to show. I am only getting a blank box showing a broken picture icon. I have tried everything. Can anyone help? I am using v1.3.9d

Do you have hot link protection turned on? If so, you may need to
configure it to allow access to your image.
