Contacted Cardinal that say Error 26 is nothing to do with Cardinal

Totally confused now!

Re: Error 26 [Invalid Vendor Account] Help..

"Error 26 - Invalid Vendor Account" is a message coming from PayPal Payflow Pro, which is used when you activate "Payflow Pro" or "Website Payments Pro UK Edition".
You need to get your Payflow/PayPal credentials from PayPal and fill them in in the User/Vendor/Partner/Password fields in the module settings.
