Problem adding new page title to information sidebox

I've installed or am attempting to install a new page under the information sidebox. But whenever I add the information to the information.php file of the includes/modules/sideboxes/mytemplate/information.php file and upload it to the server my whole right hand sibox disappears.

I've re-checked all other files and they seem to be OK. The new page even appears under the Define pages editor.
Any ideas as to how I fix this or what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to add JOBS to the information sidebox.

Have you checked your /cache folder for debug*.log files? Those will show up if you've got a PHP parsing error in your modifications ...

Nothing showing up in the cache, even though debug is activated.
