Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

www.todaystada dot com

Thanks so much....I am also having an issue with a security warning...my SSL is installed and I have tried to change the banners as well. The page shows a "Only secure content is displayed" notice.

Would you be so kind as to help me out on that one? I've gone over the boards and can't seem to fix it. It seems that most people have fixed it within their CSS coding.

My SSL certificate is GoDaddy hosting using www

Thanks Anne!

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Figured this out...just need help with the ssl now...

charmedniki:

needing a bit more help! :)

i do not want the quantity of products in stock to show under the listing, and want it taken out completely. When i set that to false, my additional images get moved up and cover my add to cart button as well as my addthis info.

I would love for my images to go directly under the main image on the image page, and the add to cart buttons to go under the additional images.

Any help would be appreciated on how to code that!

Love, love, love this template!!!

You are getting the ssl error because one of your images or links is an asbsolute url and not a relative path. The problem is not with the template because all urls and images have relative paths.

Thanks,

Anne

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Yes, I understand that to be the case, but I don't know how to correct this. I don't know what that means...Other than my banners, I do not have any other images that I have put into the CSS. Could it be the banners themselves?

If you added your html code into the banner manager and didn't use relative urls, then yes, this is the problem.

Thanks,

Anne

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Hi, I would really like some help with regards to the gift certificates. The preset text tells customers that they can purchase these just like a normal transaction and the funds will be entered into their gift certificate account.

Please explain how they can so this as i don't seem to have activated it anywhere?

AND

Could you also let me know how to delete this option altogether if i decide to do so.

Thank you!

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

can I ask which easy pages you used on the template as my admin side has gone ,when I try ez-pages all I get is

EZ-Pages Select a page ... Display Order:

Text Editor

1146 Table 'AdminFolder.TABLE_EZPAGES_TEXT' doesn't exist
in:
[select count(*) as total from ezpages e, TABLE_EZPAGES_TEXT et where e.pages_id = et.pages_id and et.languages_id = '1']
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I've tried reinstalling from a backup to no avail

thanks

The easy pages are in your database. There aren't any in the template files.

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Hi Anne,

I downloaded this template to play with while rebuilding my site with version 1.5

I noticed when I unzipped that there are extra copies of the
extra_datafiles
languages
modules

folders inside the includes/templates folder
it looks like these are the latest files as well.

Hope that makes sense....just thought I'd let you know.

Love the template! Thank you!

Hello ;-) I just unzipped the latest version of the template package and see no "extra copies". It sounds like you have made some mistake in extracting the files.

Thanks,

Anne

Interesting... I might have downloaded from your site instead of the addon section here (I can't remember) but I just unzipped again and I get the same thing.

for example:

includes/extra_datafiles/about_us_filenames.php has a date of 11/6/10
and
includes/templates/extra_datafiles/about_us_filenames.php has a date of 7/25/11
(this isn't a mistake i could have made in extracting files)

the folder includes/modules/pages/index only has the file jscript_easyslider.php dated 7/25/11 in it, but the folder

includes/templates/modules/pages/index has header_php.php, jscript_easyslider.php and main_template_vars.php all dated 7/25/11

zip file is name alysa_rounded_1-3.zip and looks like I downloaded it on 1/1/12

Oh, I see what you mean now! I'll delete these and submit an updated version of the template. Thank you so much for catching the bug!

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

I'm glad I could help for something here..lol. I had just dropped the files in on 1.5 and didn't notice. Loved the template so much I decided to go ahead and put it on my live 1.39h and only noticed it because I was switching templates and going through file by file to apply all my mods.

I've learned so much from this community. Thank you for all your hard work.

Re: Alysa Rounded Template Support Thread

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help with this problem.

Ever since I installed this template I'm having trouble with customers not being able to go through checkout with the following error coming up:

Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested.
You are still logged in to your account and may continue shopping. Please choose a destination from a menu.

I did a bit of search and have found that customers need to be logged into the account first before placing anything in their cart but cannot work out how to fix the issue.

I never came across this problem before I installed this template so I hope someone can help and there is an easy fix for this.

Thanks
Anna

This is not a problem with the template. I would be sure to check
any modifications that you have made, addons, and modules, etc.

Also, do a search on the forum to see if there is a fix posted for this problem.

Thanks,

Anne

The module creating the footer menu is called footer menu. Download the zip file from the free addons section and then remove all of the files in the package from the template install.

Thanks,

Anne
