Free Shipping based on Option Value - Best Practice?

Hello,

I'm attempting to achieve the proper state of Zen. I want to do this by having a product with several sizes, and offering free shipping on the largest size. I've looked through the forums and can't find an easy answer to this.

Is the best way to do this to have 0 weight for the sizes that have free shipping?

Or is there another more appropriate way to do this?

To do that based on Attribute, the best method is to use the Attribute Weight so that 0 weight means Free Shipping ...

Be sure to enable the 0 weight setting in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Be sure to enable the FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper shipping module ...
