Free Shipping per Product + Expedited
I'm trying to figure out a way to allow only the fedexexpress module to show up in addition to the freeshipper module. I can't use the freeoptions Free Shipping module, because our standard rule, Free Shipping for orders over $148, will not work for the number of products that are under $148 but are still free shipping - using the freeshipper Yes-always free shipping rule.
Any ideas?
