Hello I am NEW to the forums and to using zen-cart I had a site up and running ver.1.3.9 it seemed to work well all modules installed were fine. I upgraded to 1.5.1 not sure how I got upgrade up and running but it worked I tried to install Andover Modern template 1.3 and something went very wrong the site was deleted by my host and I was instructed to reinstall zen-cart. I now have ver.1.5.4 on the latest php server ver. I installed 1.5.4 using Fantastico and then went in and cleaned up all the files as if it were a manual install including permissions now the problem is while installing the latest ver. of Andover Modern when I get to the patch for the SQL server when I hit send per the instructions from Picaflors web site it says I do not have permission to access this file and no matter what I do it will not accept it PLEASE HELP.

This template package has not been updated in a long time and is not responsive (mobile friendly). Since google is now penalizing sites in search results that are not mobile friendly, I would strongly recommend using one of the more recently updated/released responsive template packages. The Westminster New, Winchester Black, Winchester Responsive, and Responsive Sheffield Blue v2.0 are my most recently updated and advanced responsive template packages. They can be all be used as a 1, 2, or 3 column layout, with or without the left/right columns on the home page.

Im updating the Andover Modern Template to Avonlee Contempo responsive. Im a bit confused oner the sql patches. Do I have to uninstall the AM patch and if so how do I do it? Can I tun all the AC sql patches?

If you already have the andover modern installed you need to install the responsive_avonlee_contempo.sql responsive.sql

I realize this is an old thread but we just installed Zen Cart and Andover_modern was chosen for the theme. I was wondering if a responsive version was ever completed? I've set up the version I could find online (from 2012) but can't find a responsive version.

I don't find any instance of an upgrade to responsive for this template. The author's demo site is not working, as well.

You can try contacting the author directly, but others have not been very successful in making contact.
