live chat

just setup a live chat for my website. when i click it in IE, Google chrome it works fine, they open in a new window and im happy with it. but in Firefox it opens it in a new tab but resizes the whole browers. please help

Far as I know, you can't, really. The user's Firefox settings decide if a target:blank opens a new tab or a new browser instance. New tab at full window size is the default.
