[Duplicate] HTML code showed in Product Description 1.3.9h

I am using 1.3.9h after upgrade from 1.3.8a and if edit product, I see, that product description showing HTML code instead of showing real state.

You're using v1.3.9g. The problem you describe was fixed in v1.3.9h:

Then you've got more work to do to complete your upgrade, since evidently at least one or more of your PHP files is operating as though it's v1.3.9g.
Maybe an outdated addon or several?
