Can't figure out where includes/languages/english.php is

Can't figure out where includes/languages/english.php is

I have read all kinds of posts, I have read FAQs, I have done web searches and I can't figure out how to access the file includes/languages/english.php. I know I need to open it with notepad so I downloaded that program, but how do I access that file on my computer. Please help! I'm so frustrated. I think once I figure this out I'll be good to go. TIA

Do you have ZenCart installed somewhere?
Use FTP or the host provided file manager to download it

Yes, I am using justhost and have zencart installed already. Now I'm trying to customize it.

Use FTP to connect to your server and navigate to
includes/languages/english.php

Setup for your current template the overrides folder and do not edit the core file
Upload your edited file to
includes/languages/your_template_name/english.php
