And your sure, if you go to the Tools ... Server Info ... it is displaying php v5.2.17 ...

I never use the Attributes Controller before because I never had any products I needed it for, but I do now.
Yes I have applied the fix you supplied but it doing the something.

The Attributes Controller page displays. Then you have to Select a Category with Products to move in between. That part works just fine but without the Option Values Manager set it is useless.

Yes it will update the All Products' Attribute Sort Orders if I had some to update.

From what you are saying you are on the Options Values Manager, meaning you see in the URL:
options_values_manager.php

You are adding Option Values and pick the Option Name from the dropdown and type in the Option Value Name and Sort Order and click INSERT and go to the main page ... correct?

You are editing an Option Value and have the Option Name in the dropdown and see the Option Value Name and Sort Order and click UPDATE and go to the main page ... correct?

I cannot reproduce either one of these problems ...

Is this a clean install of v1.3.9h or an upgrade?

Are you seeing any error logs in the:
/cache

Have you checked that all files on the server are current?

If you have no customizations to the Admin files, have you tried to re-load the files via FTP?

It was updated from 1.3.9g

No error logs in the cache.

They should be current.

I have some customizations to some of them. My store has a lot of add ons, but everything in the whole store works just fine. I will use Directory Opus to compare these files to see if any is conflicting with a new set of zen cart 1.3.9h files. I will get back to you on this Linda. If you can think of anything else let me know.

Hi Linda thank you for all your help. After reviewing my files in admin I forgot I had installed a add on called Nexlevel-Zen-Admin-2.12 to make my admin dashboard look better. It was created by.

Anyway that add on updated the options_values_manager. When I compared the options_values_manager file with the original zen cart options_values_manager file from the 1.3.9h version there was a conflict so I replace the file with 1.3.9h version and now everything is working fine. Thanks again
